Following the latest government advice in respect of the COVID-19 outbreak, I have reviewed my business continuity arrangements in order to ensure I can continue to run largely as normal and to maintain the best possible service to you all.
As a precautionary measure, I will be conducting all but the most essential meetings remotely via phone, email or video link and ensure I continue to support your legal needs with a little extra consideration and common sense.
My primary focus remains the welfare of my clients. These measures will remain in place until at least May 2020 but will be kept under review in accordance with government advice and guidance and as the COVID-19 situation evolves. Further updates will be provided in line with future developments.
As always, please get in touch with any questions about these measures and how they may impact my service to you.
Chartered Legal Executive
As a specialist lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, administration of estates, deputyship orders and non-contentious matters, I can provide full and clear advice to enable you to put your affairs in order for complete peace of mind.
Sadly, the majority of people in the UK have not made a will. However, making one is not as daunting as you may think. As an experienced lawyer, I can give you totally confidential advice that puts your best interest first and ensure documents meet your instructions.
Probate is the process of administering someone’s estate when they die. Depending on whether a will is left, this can become a complicated affair. At such a difficult time, I can guide you step by step through the process of distributing the estate.
A lasting power of attorney gives another person the authority to make financial or care decisions on your behalf when you are unable to act for yourself. LPAs are now considered an essential document, and I can make your application and act as your certificate provider.
